The money is coming. That is the frustrating part. Salary lands on the 25th, but the bill is due on the 15th, and the gap in between is where the stress lives. A payday loan closes that gap. Borrow what covers the bill, repay when your salary comes in, done. EZ Pte Ltd is licensed by the Ministry of Law, and you can check our name on their public registry before you tell us anything.
A payday loan is a small, short loan you repay in one payment when your next salary arrives. It is built for a timing problem, not a money problem: the funds exist, they just have not landed yet. Because the whole loan lives inside one salary cycle, you carry it for weeks, not months.
The technician whose company pays on the 28th but whose rent is due on the 10th. The nurse covering a parent’s utilities this month because a sibling could not. The new hire whose first paycheck is six weeks away but whose expenses started on day one. If your problem disappears the moment salary lands, this is the right shape of loan. If the problem will still be there after payday, a payday loan is the wrong tool, and stacking one on top of another every month gets expensive fast. In that case look at a monthly installment loan instead, or come in and let us say honestly which fits.
Interest is capped at 4% a month under Ministry of Law regulations. Because a payday loan is repaid within roughly one month, you pay roughly one month of interest, which is the whole appeal. One admin fee of up to 10% is allowed, deducted upfront. Total interest and fees can never exceed the amount borrowed. Everything is in the contract, explained in English or Chinese before you sign.
Your verified income tells us your figure in minutes.
We confirm your salary date and set the repayment date to match it. No pushing.
Every loan is signed in person, as the law requires. We explain every term in English or Chinese. Three minutes from Chinatown MRT.
Full amount, minus only the one admin fee the law allows. Straightforward applications can be approved and paid the same visit.
Usually up to around one month of your salary, inside your legal cap. If you earn under $20,000 a year, your cap across all licensed lenders is $3,000. Above that, up to six times your monthly income, though for a payday loan you should borrow far less than the cap.
On your salary date, in one payment. We set the date with you before you sign, matched to when your pay actually lands.
Tell us before the due date. A late payment allows a fee of up to $60 that month and late interest only on the overdue amount, but a message before the date is always cheaper than silence after it.
If one salary clears it, payday. If you need two or three months to repay comfortably, a short term loan spreads it out. We will tell you honestly which fits when we see your numbers.
Yes. Every licensed moneylender checks the Moneylenders Credit Bureau. A bank rejection does not automatically mean we say no.
Close it legally, repay on payday, and next month is just a normal month. Come in, ask your questions in English or Chinese, and decide in your own time.
